At the suggestion of the Diversity Initiative's Research and Evaluation sub-committee, ODI conduced a large-scale assessment of students' perceptions of diversity at the University. ODI developed programs in response to the expressed concerns and needs of students at the University of Maryland that emerged from this and other on-campus research. Our programs provide a series of initiatives that engage students in myriad experiences through which intercultural skills are developed and nurtured.
